The role

We’re looking for a master of enterprise applications. We have a complex environment and multiple vendors and we’re looking to streamline, simplify and create a better end user experience. You’ll lead the application and development teams to build their capability and deliver value to our clients, both inside and outside The Benevolent Society.

Who are you?

What do you need for success?

We want you to be successful in your new role! This means you will have:

• A degree or equivalent experience, especially in the area of enterprise applications and technical change management
• Excellent understanding and practical experience with enterprise applications and development
• Leadership experience and the ability to build and develop a team
• Ability to design and deliver structure and processes
• Ability to develop and implement value-adding solutions that client actually wants
• Strategic overview and the ability to see how it all fits together
• Strong relationship skills – you can build and maintain great relationships even when things get difficult
