Do you have experience in service delivery within child, youth & family, aged care, or disability services? Are you passionate about sharing your knowledge and ready to expand your training experience? This is your opportunity to elevate your career, drive transformative change, and champion The Benevolent Society’s commitment to practice excellence!
The Benevolent Society’s vision is to build a just society where all Australians can live their best life. For more than 200 years we have supported people at the margins of society: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians; children, young people, and their families; older people; carers and people with disability. We are an independent, non-religious service provider which supports people to live life their way.
As part of The Benevolent Society vision, we are strongly committed to reconciliation with our First Nations people of Australia. We remain steadfast in our commitment to promoting the economic, political, and social inclusion of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
As a key member of The Benevolent Society's Learning and Capability team, you’ll harness your hands-on practice experience to deliver transformative learning solutions. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the skills of our frontline staff to ensure our services are person-centred, connected, effective, and safe, all while upholding evidence-based practices and The Benevolent Society's Professional Governance Framework.
This is your chance to apply your expertise to empower Allied Health Professionals, Social Workers, Nurse Practitioners, and Case Managers, helping them excel in the community services sector. You'll focus on critical areas like suicide prevention, safety intervention, and trauma, with frequent travel across NSW and interstate (QLD & SA). This impactful role allows you to build meaningful relationships with diverse stakeholders and drive The Benevolent Society’s pursuit of practice excellence. Seize this opportunity to advance your career by enhancing your facilitation skills, driving transformative change, and leading The Benevolent Society’s commitment to practice excellence!
We support people to live their best life. That includes you, our employee. A ‘best life’ is unique to everyone and can change as life changes:
