Terms: Permanent Part Time/ Casual position based in Northern Beaches.

About the role

As a Home Support Team Member, you will support older people and people with a disability to live independently in their own home. Providing services including light housework, meal preparation, laundry, shopping, personal care and transport, you can empower the person to live their best life.

What you need to succeed:

You will have a Certificate 3 or 4 in Aged Care/Home Care/Disability and

• Full driver's license is required with registered vehicle and comprehensive car insurance.
• Current/willing to get NSW Working With Children Check is essential
• Ability to provide support to older people, frail clients, someone with dementia or a disability
• Committed to providing a high level of service to clients
• Great people skills and the ability to create strong working relationships with people from all walks of life

Desirable skills:

• First aid course (including CPR), working with people over 65 experience, dementia care
