The Benevolent Society is seeking an Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) Service Support Coordinator. The purpose of this position is to support all aspects of work within the Access and Engagement Team of the ECEI program including but not limited to: client data management, staff, client and stakeholder communications, resource development, and asset management.

Your New role:

  • Manage and maintain our client database and support required reporting activities. Develop and distribute formal and informal client communications including letters, e-mails, and newsletters.
  • Manage program based assets and resources.
  • Coordinate program content, including preparation of documentation, information, presentations, promotional materials and packs, with the support of senior staff and marketing.
  • Promote the service to internal and external stakeholders to raise awareness and encourage participation and utilisation.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • A Certificate IV or Diploma qualified in community services, business administration, events management or similar all would have relevance.
  • At least 12 months experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
  • High level of proficiency across the suite of Microsoft Office programs with a particular strength in Excel is essential.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Understanding of the NDIS, child development and/or community and family support services will be highly regarded.

Terms: This is an Ongoing Full Time position that can be primarily based in Loganholme, Milton or Caboolture QLD. However travel between locations will be required.
