Your new role:

Leveraging off your leadership experience, you can bring the pieces together so when we open for service we provide Carer’s with an experience that sets us apart from others in the sector.

You’re a pragmatic leader who can implement services, build a team, and hit the home runs on your financial, revenue and conversion targets. You can troubleshoot any teething problems and identify long term sustainable solutions to potential challenges. Your team is helping to build our business.

What you need to succeed:

You will have successful track record of management in Community Services and:

• Comprehensive knowledge of consumer directed and self-directed care models,
• Outstanding people leadership; proven ability to build / develop an engaged, high performing teams
• Strong management skills; meeting/exceeding performance targets and service improvement objectives

• Pragmatic approach to problem solving, decision making and manage balancing priorities

• A high-level of integrity, flexible nature to adapt to a constantly changing environment and strong outcomes focus
