Our Child & Family Services provides intensive family support within the Child Protection system to strengthen families and decrease any risks to children, reducing the numbers of children entering Out of Home Care.

Your new role:

Your position will have a dual focus aimed at supporting families and building connections in the community.

Terms: Full time position based in Hurstville, NSW.

What you need to succeed?

• Experience working with children and families in safety and/or well being context.
• Have relationships and connections with Aboriginal organisations and communities.
• Ability to contribute to culturally safe case management planning, risk assessments and safety planning.
• High level written and verbal communication, it’s important to document our work.
• Tertiary qualification and experience in child protection is highly desirable.
• Current driver’s license
