Our Foundations for Young Parents Program supports young parents to build and develop positive relationships with their children and connections to their community.
You will engage and support young parents and their infant in the transition to parenthood through case management, education and advocacy. You will undertake an initial assessment of family strengths and needs to develop individualised case plans that build on the family’s current strengths and increase resilience to enable them to reduce risk and increase safety and wellbeing. This program uses evidence informed, trauma responsive practices to strengthen families and build secure attachments for children. We work in collaboration with other services to provide holistic services that help families achieve their goals.
Terms: Full time role hub based in Campbelltown, NSW. Travel required across Campbelltown, Camden, Wollondilly and Wingecarribee LGA’s.
