The Better Health Generation is looking for…

An experienced Occupational Therapy Regional Manager who is passionate about empowering our customers and clients to achieve their goals and maximise their independence with our innovative, evidence-based health services and programs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure teams meet internal quality standards
  • Maintain systemic review of staff work product
  • Ensure compliance to time frames and protocols for note taking, reports and invoicing
  • Internal / external professional development agenda for all staff
  • Consumer engagement, stake holder feedback, NPS system and dispute resolution
  • Retain staff through proactive professional development, documented feedback, continuous improvement initiatives, enhanced learning and development, appropriate salary and merit for effort systems
  • Ensure compliance to all registration and re-registration compliance AHPRA standards and code of ethics
  • Meet revenue, cost and EBITDA budgets monthly/ annually
  • Ensure sufficient staff and resources to stimulate, meet and exceed clinical and customer demands
  • Create, promote and enhance an organisational culture based on the company values
  • Communicate and celebrate the team and the team’s achievements

You will have:

You will be a confident communicator, well-presented and able to hit the ground running. Other requirements include:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA Registration (Current)
  • Satisfactory criminal record and working with children check (or state equivalent)
  • Australian Driver’s License and access to own vehicle
  • Passion for helping a diverse range of clients
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
  • Evidence of completion of the NDIS mandatory orientation module
