Our clients want us to help them to recruit Child Protection Team Leader in Northern Territory and the roles available in 3 different locations - Darwin, Katherine & Alice Springs.

• Lead a team of motivated staff to help vulnerable children in the NT.

To be eligible to apply we will need the following from you.

• A degree in Social Work, Psychology or Social Science.
• A part of AASW, APHRA or ACWA.
• At least 5 years experience in Child Protection experience.
• l.e for the supervision, training and development of a team of staff involved in the delivery of statutory and non-statutory.
• Provide quality, timely and effective case practice and case management services within an established child protection service delivery framework at an advanced level.
• Respond to and investigate reports concerning children at risk of harm and undertake assessments of the child and their circumstances.
• Work with children, families and carers to implement the actions determined through planning to bring about the changes necessary to ensure the safety, stability and development of each child.
• Monitor, analyse and review case plans and protective orders.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Valid WWCC & National Police check and valid working visa.
