TaylorCare are partnered with an NFP in Melbourne who are looking for an experienced & dynamic manger to lead the coordination and delivery of the Health and Treatment services in Inner Melbourne Community Hub specialising in Homelessness & AOD.

Reporting to the Hub Manager, this position plays a critical role in designing and delivering recovery focused health responses to a diverse range of people experiencing / at risk of homelessness, substance dependency and disadvantage. You will have a team of 20 staff with 4 direct reports across three locations in Melbourne.

Working with this highly regarded NFP you will be making an impact in the community by providing a variety of services that effectively meet the needs of people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

Inner Melbourne Community Hub provides a range of accommodation and support services, including crisis accommodation, drug and alcohol case management, and adult outreach.

Selection Criteria:

  • BA in Social Work, Counselling & Psychology or equivalent
  • Additional Qualifications in AOD desirable
  • Experience and knowledge of the Victorian alcohol and other drug services sector
  • Experience and knowledge of the homelessness sector
  • Demonstrated understanding of contemporary approaches to AOD treatment services, recovery, and harm minimisation
  • Operational management experience including managing a rage of multidisciplinary services
  • A comprehensive understanding of government policy, funding, and compliance requirements
