TaskForce has been providing drug treatment services since 1973. Core services focus on addressing social issues of drug-related problems, unemployment, mental health and risk taking behaviours, supporting young people, adults and families to transition back into “mainstream” services and supports. TaskForce is excited to add the Reset Life Program to the suite of services offered to clients ready to take the next step in their addiction recovery. This is an intensively supported and structured outpatient program for adults, based on the Matrix model.
ResetLife is a structured, manualised intensive outpatient program for adults aged 18 years and above and provides individual and group treatment 3 days per week, and the opportunity to attend informal supports (specifically SMART Recovery and 12-step programs) on other days.
The structured program involves 16 weeks of intensive treatment, followed by 36 weeks continuing care. In the first 16 weeks, participants attend:

The Family therapist facilitates the social and family education support groups. Applicants will require a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the delivery of clinical interventions (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, etc) with people and families. Demonstrated expertise in family systems and facilitating groups is essential.
