Can you coordinate the administration of the business operations of a specialist, independent, inclusive, senior-secondary school in a team environment?

We need you to manage and deliver the day-to-day operations of the school office. This includes providing support to the school leadership team, supporting the office coordination and managing reception and school operational needs. We would like to see experience in school administration including knowledge of school and student record management, well developed organisational and administrative skills and a history as a supportive member of the business administration team. You will need high level oral and written communication skills, strong personal organisation skills including time management, Microsoft 365 and Compass experience.

Ideally you will have completed tertiary qualifications in Administration, Executive Administration, Bookkeeping, Data Systems or similar. You will need to complete a working with Children Check and proof of identity.

The working day is 8.30 am to 4.15 pm and there are 40 terms weeks and 12 non-term weeks each year. Four weeks annual leave must be taken during non-term weeks. Staff are asked to take 4-weeks leave without pay during non-term weeks, which is averaged over wages across each year.
