We are now looking for a passionate person to join our fight to help tackle youth unemployment and provide support and life changing opportunities to young people facing barriers to employment.

Talent RISE is a charity born out of the desire to facilitate real world solutions to support young people facing barriers to employment.

Backed by global leader in digital and technology recruitment, Talent International, Talent RISE provides education, training, life skills and opportunities to gain independence and purpose through employment.

We are now looking for a motivated individual to join our team in NSW and drive the Talent RISE program through our Sydney youth and business communities.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Building and maintaining relationships with charity, community partners, job actives and corporate partners
• Mentorship, training and support of Talent RISE Young People
• Be an advocate for young people in the workplace
• Promote Talent RISE internally and externally, leveraging connections and creating opportunities
• Recruitment and Employment, creating a pipeline of young people and job opportunities
• Create workshop content and facilitate events
• Record keeping and administration duties

QUALIFICATIONS

• Passionate about charity work and creating opportunities for young people
• Charity and/or experience in Foundation work is highly desirable - but not an absolute
• Experience in developing partnerships
• Strong values around youth unemployment and a desire to help young people through their employment journey
• Recruitment skills are an added bonus!
• The most important thing for us, is that you're an individual that wants to make a change to the struggle for employment young people in adverse conditions face
