The successful candidate will demonstrate a high degree of flexibility, adaptability and resourcefulness to respond to new developments and emerging priorities.

The Asia Partnerships Manager will also provide support to TBB’s operations, monitoring and evaluation, research and fundraising activities.

  • Liaise with diverse stakeholders in the region, including relevant United Nations offices (particularly UNHCR and the International Organisation for Migration), government and multilateral officials, international NGOs, and local and community-based organisations.
  • Collaborate with the TBB Australia team to identify appropriate employment opportunities and support candidates through the recruitment, relocation and integration process.
  • Liaise with other TBB destination teams as required to facilitate recruitments from Asia.
  • Work with the Global Partnerships Director and the Global Program Manager to establish, refine and document TBB systems and processes for attracting, onboarding and supporting partners to implement refugee labour mobility activities.
