For over 140 years, Berry Street has adapted to a changing world, and we will continue to adapt to achieve our purpose. We believe children, young people and families should be safe, thriving and hopeful. Our Vision for 2022: Together we will courageously change lives and reimagine service systems. We look forward to working with children, young people, families, carers, staff and partners to achieve this vision. Together.
The Restoring Childhood Model (RCM) has been funded by the Victorian Government providing therapeutic services to children and young people impacted by family violence. Grounded in evidence informed practice, the RCM includes clinical assessments and medium term counselling to support recovery for children, young people and their families impacted by family violence.
The Senior Clinician will be assigned to a specific program within Take Two that utilises the RCM which focuses on adolescents and their use of violence in the home. This service will include a mixture of individual, dyadic and family based clinical assessments and interventions, including with adolescents, parents/carers and siblings, with the possibility of the development of group work in the future.
