About the role:

The Service Intake Officer will be one of the first points of contact for new service users and will be professional, articulate, positive and motivated. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service throughout the co-ordination of the initial intake and onboarding process for service users who are new to Synapse through:

  • Providing program-specific information about each of Synapse services
  • Providing information pertaining to the referral and eligibility process for each service type
  • Being the point of reference in seeking further information about Synapse services from the Synapse Service Teams
  • Co-ordination of the intake and referral documentation
  • Co-ordination of the on-boarding process for each service type until the signing of the service agreement.
