Synapse is currently seeking an experienced Housing and Support Manager. This rewarding and varied role will be responsible for operational oversight of housing related services to ensure capacity and capability is maximised to best respond to client needs.. Based in our head office in West End, this role will oversee our housing and support team located in a number of properties across Northern Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
You will provide leadership and coaching to the workforce and will strategically develop and manage the service in line with continuous improvement principles, best practice in disability housing and support, and a commitment to quality.
We are currently undergoing a period of growth as we expand across Australia, and this role is a crucial one for our team. You will have influence in this role and will enjoy working with your team and the broader business to contribute to decision making and problem solving.
