Our Site Managers are critical to everything we do, they are our front line leaders and relationship managers.
In this role, you manage two Supported Independent Living services and provide leadership to a team of skilled and developing Support Workers, ensuring support is customer focused, quality driven and sustainable.
You will support each customers NDIS plan review process, plan activation and provide coaching and direction to your team. You will create a positive culture that prioritises customer and staff engagement.
You are a leader of people and change, who wants to support people with a disability to live their best life. You are ready for your next career challenge and strive for continuous improvement in quality and customer outcomes. You are an excellent communicator and lead for impact. You know how to influence others to achieve their potential and love solving problems.
