About The Role

Our Site Managers are critical to everything we do, they are our front line leaders and relationship managers.

In this role, you manage two Supported Independent Living services and provide leadership to a team of skilled and developing Support Workers, ensuring support is customer focused, quality driven and sustainable.

You will support each customers NDIS plan review process, plan activation and provide coaching and direction to your team. You will create a positive culture that prioritises customer and staff engagement.

Essential Criteria:

  • Tertiary qualification in social work, health care or related fields and / or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in supporting people with complex support needs.
  • Experience in effectively leading a team.
  • Experience in managing a budget.
  • Experience in risk assessments and documentation.
  • Understanding of contemporary aged and / or disability practice.
  • Creative and critical thinking and problem solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and effectively manage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret, collate and report on data.
  • Strong written, verbal and advanced computer skills
  • Current NSW driver’s license
  • Cleared working with children check
  • First Aid Certificate
