HYPA Homes provides therapeutic home environments for young people with histories of complex trauma, abuse and neglect.
HYPA Homes uses an attachment and trauma-informed approach to the care of young people. Young people will be provided with a sense of family, support to heal, positively connect with others and rebuild their lives.
We are now looking for Therapeutic Care Workers to work within our HYPA Homes across casual and permanent part-time positions.
Our Therapeutic Care Workers are responsible for creating a home environment for young people and therefore work across 24/7 rotating rostered shifts, which include day shifts, night shifts, sleepovers, weekends and public holidays.
