The South West Community Legal Centre Inc. ('SWCLC') is looking for a part-time Human Resources and Office Manager.

As a South West Community Legal Centre employee, you will be making a real difference every day. This position is well suited to a HR or Office Manager with experience working in small teams.

As a key team member, you will support SWCLC to create a productive, safe and happy workplace for all staff and volunteers.

Your key duties will be:

  • Managing and leading the administrative team at SWCLC
  • Recruiting and inducting new staff members
  • Managing performance and reviews of staff and volunteers
  • Addressing workplace complaints or conflicts
  • Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Developing administrative policies and procedures to better serve clients and facilitate workflow through SWCLC

All positions at South West Community Legal Centre are subject to ongoing funding.

APPLICANTS WILL HAVE:

  • A Bachelor of Business (Human Resources Management), Diploma in Human Resource Management or similar qualification
  • Experience in leading and managing small teams
  • Experience in performance managing staff and sensitively resolving interpersonal conflict
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound time management skills
