Are you an experienced Care Manager seeking a new opportunity with a well respected, progressive aged care provider? St Vincent’s Care Services Haberfield (locally known as St Joan of Arc Villa) is a close-knit 50-bed residential aged care facility, providing consumers with compassionate care and support. We are looking for a clinically focused experienced aged care professional who can engage with their team and work closely with our experienced facility manager to deliver excellence in clinical care.

You will have:

• A kind, dedicated nature with strong alignment to our values - Compassion, Justice, Integrity and Excellence;
• An excellent understanding of the Aged Care Act with knowledge and experience of the Aged Care Accreditation process;
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Clinical Manager in an aged care facility;
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to maintain collaborative relationships;
• Sound computer skills and the ability to work across different systems and processes;
• Ability to foster a safe workplace and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives to develop sustainable practice;
• National Criminal History Check (less than 6 months old);
• Flu vaccination and willing to obtain annually.
