About the Opportunity

Working as part of the Human Resources team and reporting to the Manager People and Culture, you will play an integral role in the “hands on” delivery of the Society’s people strategies, enabling it to meet its current and future goals. You will actively support the development and delivery of effective people and culture services and frameworks for the organisation as well as having the opportunity to build on your human resources career.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experienced in Human Resources and/or Recruitment with proven experience working within a multifaceted environment delivering customer centric services to your stakeholders. You will have worked in either recruitment or HR support delivery roles and demonstrated a clear ability to understand the Australian industrial relations landscape along with contemporary employment frameworks, policies and procedures.

You will be known for your integrity and natural ability to communicate and engage with a diverse range of people, demonstrating an enquiring mind whilst having a creative and innovative style. You will have a proven ability to work autonomously and/or collaboratively ensuring delivery on commitments within a fast paced customer centric environment. You will have a high attention to detail and be committed to achieving operational excellence through the delivery of quality people outcomes, actively contributing to process improvement.

Your Qualifications

Qualifications in Human Resources (Certificate IV or above) with demonstrated previous experience in a related role and/or have extensive proven commensurate experience in a similar HR/Recruitment position within a complex work environment.
