Specialist Family Violence Case Manager - Shepparton

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, appropriately qualified and experienced individual who demonstrates empathy for those affected by disadvantage and who can competently support the work of the Marian Community.

Reporting directly to the Program Manager, Specialist Family Violence Services, you will be able to contribute to a highly effective team of Specialist Family Violence Case Managers across a 24/7 crisis response service, including participating in the after-hours on-call roster.  You will have experience or similar previous employment and a passion for providing assessment and case management of clients with complex needs and those from vulnerable groups including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, CALD, and LGBTIQ+.

The Hume Community Hub

Based in Shepparton, the Hume Community Hub, provides services that support people with complex needs who are experiencing significant disadvantage.  These include:

  • A 24/7 specialist family violence service.
  • Financial counselling and capability.
  • Emergency relief.
  • Home care packages.
