The Role:

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, appropriately qualified and experienced team player who demonstrates empathy for those affected by disadvantage and who can competently support the work of the Marian Community.

Reporting directly to the Program Manager, Specialist Family Violence Services, you will be able to contribute to a small but highly effective team of Specialist Family Violence Case Managers. The role is full time and you will be expected to take on a leadership role within the Marian Community team and the Hume Community Hub overall as well as carry a case-load within the context of direct service delivery, and participate in the after-hours on-call service. You will have experience or similar previous employment and a passion for providing assessment and case management of clients with complex needs and those from vulnerable groups including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, CALD, and LGBTIQ+.
