VincentCare Victoria is seeking an appropriately-qualified person to take on the position of Manger – Health and Treatment Services to lead the coordination and delivery of the Health and Treatment services at VincentCare’s Inner Melbourne Community Hub.
Reporting to the Hub Manager, this position plays a critical role in designing and delivering recovery focused health responses to a diverse range of people experiencing / at risk of homelessness, substance dependency and disadvantage.
VincentCare Victoria is an award winning organisation established to provide a range of accommodation and support services to people that are facing disadvantage throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria.

Inner Melbourne Community Hub provides a range of accommodation and support services, including crisis accommodation, drug and alcohol case management, and adult outreach.
