The Role:

VincentCare Victoria is seeking an appropriately-qualified person to take on the position of Manger – Health and Treatment Services to lead the coordination and delivery of the Health and Treatment services at VincentCare’s Inner Melbourne Community Hub.

Reporting to the Hub Manager, this position plays a critical role in designing and delivering recovery focused health responses to a diverse range of people experiencing / at risk of homelessness, substance dependency and disadvantage.

Selection Criteria:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Health or Community Services (AoD preferred)
  • Experience and knowledge of the Victorian alcohol and other drug services sector
  • Experience and knowledge of the homelessness sector
  • Demonstrated understanding of contemporary approaches to AoD treatment services, recovery and harm minimisation
  • Operational management experience including managing a rage of multidisciplinary services
  • A comprehensive understanding of government policy, funding and compliance requirements
