SVA pioneered social sector consulting in Australia and in the past 17 years, the team has worked with hundreds of clients to deliver high impact projects. Our clients include non-profits, Aboriginal Community-Controlled Organisations (ACCOs), social enterprises, land councils, governments, philanthropic organisations and corporates pursuing social change.

We work across a brand range of issues including disability, education, employment, financial wellbeing, family violence, health, housing, mental health and regional development, and with people experiencing vulnerability including children and families, First Nations people, migrants and refugees and older Australians.
Our team of approximately 50 people is based in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Darwin and Brisbane.
We have an opportunity to join SVA’s Consulting team as a Production Coordinator.
It’s an exciting time to step into this role as SVA has recently launched our new brand! The Production Coordinator, reporting to a Consulting Principal/Director, makes sure that all collateral Consulting delivers to our clients is accessible, well-structured, visually engaging and ready to publish. The collateral is diverse and varied and may include end products such as reports and presentations, pitch decks and other content for business development.
This is an opportunity to use your creativity by performing website updates in consultation with SVA Marketing, ensuring content is up to date across all platforms and is engaging for our clients and partners.
The Production Coordinator works together with internal stakeholders e.g., Consulting, Marketing and externals e.g., design agencies to ensure that the end-to-end production process meets business requirements and delivers outputs of a high quality to deadline.
With outstanding communication skills, you will be known for your ability to engage and coordinate multiple stakeholders – both internal and external – in complex environments. You understand how to prepare and execute briefs that meet client needs and result in a quality product, with no detail left unfinished.
You will bring demonstrated experience using a suite of design and digital marketing tools, including CRM and CMS systems (with Salesforce and WordPress an advantage!) and the Adobe Design suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro). You will be equally comfortable using your creativity to develop and publish accessible and visually engaging content using the MS Office suite (Word and PowerPoint).
Your project coordination skills will be second to none, and you’ll be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, making sure all those involved are working according to agreed milestones and timelines.
