We are a mental health service provider who works within a person-centred, recovery-oriented framework. We are passionate about providing meaningful support to people with psychosocial disabilities.

We provide psychosocial recovery coaching, mental health support work, and counselling services. Our services are in-home, in community, one-on-one, and in group settings.

We are looking for empathetic, qualified people to join our vibrant team of mental health workers.

We are located in Melbourne and we are looking for people who can provide services to Bayside, Inner South East, South East, Eastern, Inner North, and Inner West areas.

The successful applicant will possess the following

Qualifications and certification:

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health or equivalent (essential)
  • Driver's license, clean and reliable vehicle, and comprehensive insurance (essential)
  • Working with children's check (essential)
  • Police check (essential)
  • First Aid and CPR certification (essential)
  • Minimum 6 months experience working within the health industry (desirable)

  • Available for a minimum of 25 hours work per week (essential)
  • Maintain a holistic view to recovery
