Are you a passionate and accomplished senior graphic designer with a love for creating designs that engage audiences and tell a story?
You will be responsible for ensuring brand and images reflect the essence of who we are. This ranges from the designing of corporate identity, eDM, Annual Reports, social, GIFs, website design, and print. As well as maintaining our overall brand integrity across three distinct brands and further developing the execution of these across various mediums.

This is a part-time role (3 days per week) with flexible working from home options available.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the creative design process with all stakeholders.
  • Design and implement graphics for brand development, including logo design and corporate identity.
  • Design and implement graphics for internal documents, corporate publications, social, website, and eDMs.
  • Provide creative advice to internal stakeholders, ensuring copy is represented in illustrative format to leverage engagement with audiences.
  • Creating infographics.
  • Photography experience and ability to take photos at various sites an advantage (but not essential).
  • Editing photos and ensuring they are aligned to brand representation.
  • Creating and editing videos for use on social and other digital platforms.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Senior Graphic design skills - with at least 5 years' experience.
  • Strong digital design experience of web and social media assets, logos and corporate identity graphics.
  • Understanding and interpretation of brand identity.
  • Knowledge and experience with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Knowledge and experience using Canto an advantage.
  • Ability to create print-ready files.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and strong organisational & time management skills.
  • Ability to work at fast pace and adapt to change.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A flexible, positive nature, open to direction and constructive feedback.
  • Have ability to relate to people.
  • Creative thinking to produce new ideas.
