We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide effective executive and administrative support to the Corporate Services Team, as well as to provide effective administrative support services to Unisson's internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a full range of administrative support to the Client Services General Managers including organising meetings, booking meeting rooms, handling correspondence and making travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Perform general office administration duties including main phone line and mail management, general office maintenance & management of office supplies
  • Management of the Unisson general email mailbox
  • Maintain the current filing and archiving system and looking for ways to improve current systems
  • Management of offices hotdesk booking system and meeting room calendars
  • Assist the IT team with the management of email distribution groups
  • Assist with IT equipment management and maintenance
  • Assist with organising internal events as required
  • Provide auxiliary and overflow support to Administrative Business Partner when required
  • Perform general administrative tasks for other departments as necessary
  • Suggest, develop and implement continuous improvement strategies that will assist in maintaining an efficient front office operation for Unisson
  • Ensure security and confidentiality of all information and data

The successful candidate will:

  • Have high level of multi-tasking ability and excellent attention to detail.
  • Have excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Have well-developed organisational skills.
  • Be able to work autonomously without direct supervision.
  • Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) - able to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation, including Board members & contacts from external stakeholders.
  • Have the highest level of integrity and discretion.
  • Have the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Have a passion for supporting people with disability to access their communities, fulfil their dreams and live their own lives.
  • Have emotional intelligence, resilience and physical capacity to perform the work required.
  • Have an understanding of an adherence to working within personal and professional boundaries in a diverse environment.
