We are looking for a strategic, proactive and motivated person to join our leadership team, responsible for managing two shared living houses, two Team Leaders, and a team of support workers, in the West region.
The Client Services Manager will be responsible for directing and coordinating operations of Unisson's shared living Parklea sites, delivering a flexible and person-centred approach in all aspects of the service delivery, while ensuring performance improvement, efficiency, and profitability. The Client Services Manager will be creative, flexible and innovative in exploring different ways to help people to grow into their full potential, creating opportunities for the people we support while guiding your team to perform their best within the values of the organisation.
This position will be present across Parklea/Blacktown locations, with the Head Office in Pymble.
Reporting to the Regional Manager and leading a direct team of two Team Leaders as well as Disability Support Workers, the Client Services Manager will:
