We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our Sunnyfield Hunter team. The position is permanent full time and available for an immediate start.
Based in our Kurri Kurri Community Hub, you will work alongside Service Managers, other Team Leaders and the Regional Manager to deliver programs that are innovative, person-centred and make a difference to the people we support. Our team works collaboratively across all programs and we enjoy the benefits of diverse backgrounds and skills.
The Team Leader will have responsibility for aspects of payroll and billing for the Hunter region as well as involvement in supporting our staff as they deliver programs that support people to live independently in the community.
Ideally, you will have a background in disability, health or community services fields. Excellent administrative skills and the ability to multitask on a constant basis is a requisite part of the position. Acting with integrity, honesty and respect are key elements of this position.
