About this opportunity

As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, growth and management of community services delivered by Sunnyfield in Western Sydney. Leading a highly capable team you will ensure valued and quality supports and services are delivered to those we serve – people with disability and their families in a safe and compliant way.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure your team provide high quality services at all times
  • Provide leadership, direction and coaching and development opportunities to your team to ensure capability depth.
  • Contribute to the development of annual budgets and income forecasts for each service and oversee the management thereof.
  • Drive a growth agenda to provide more services and supports in line with the organisations operational and strategic plan.
  • Ensure your team has a thorough understanding of compliance in all areas of service delivery and that all operations are compliant with required legislation, standards, accreditations, and approved funding obligations

About you

You are a transformational leader with strong communication, problem solving and decision making skills

Experience in developing community networks and growing services.

  • Demonstrated experience (3-5 years) in a senior leadership role managing high performing teams within the disability sector or human services field.
  • A strong understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and its funding and policy protocols, standards and processes (preferred)
  • A commitment to the rights of People with Disability
  • Capacity to effectively deliver and monitor service provisions to budget
  • Current Australian drivers licence
