About the role

In this role you will be responsible in managing Sunnyfield's document management system, facilitating the drafting and approval of policies, procedures and work instructions to support Sunnyfield's quality, risk and compliance objectives. You will also manage the ongoing review process and program of policies, procedures and work instructions, as well as promoting best practices and a continuous improvement culture.

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as a system administrator/super user, and train users.
  • Ensure the document management system and document control processes comply with Sunnyfield and external requirements, including information security practices, quality management systems standards and accreditation (ISO9001), privacy legislation, confidentiality obligations, and documentation retention obligations.
  • Ensure there are effective processes in place to disseminate policies, procedures and work instructions to relevant areas of the business.
  • Provide stakeholders with timely, accurate and insightful reporting.
  • Train and coach staff to draft and review policies, procedures and work instructions.
  • Where required draft policies, procedures and work instructions for review and approval by stakeholders.
  • Coordinate documentation requests from external parties.

About you

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in document management
  • Minimum 3 years experience in writing policies and procedures in a complex environment
  • Experience training and coaching staff in comparable multi-site environment
  • Experience managing document management practices and systems including SharePoint
  • An ability to understand, critically review and document business processes and controls
  • An ability to research external guidance and practices
  • Advanced proficiency; Microsoft Office programs, Adobe, SharePoint (or similar), business English
  • Bachelor Degree in Business; or relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
