We are looking for proactive, energetic individuals to work in Sunnyfield's group homes and community hub, supporting people with a disability to achieve their goals and dreams, develop their skills and be active in their own lives.

This is a varied role that requires someone with the energy and flexibility to provide the best quality support to Sunnyfield's clients. Experience is essential and we want people with the right values and attitude. 

About the Role:

• Supporting up to 3 clients to live as independently as possible in their own home and in the community
• Creating a pleasant home environment to live in
• Outings in the community such as going for walks, listening to music, dining, and shopping
• Personal care and support with domestic and household tasks such as menu planning, cooking and cleaning.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in the disability sector
• NSW driver's licence sorry, we don't accept International Licence
• Working With Children Check
• First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
• Willingness to work outside standard 9 to 5 business hours
• Ability to work independently & as part of a team
• Intermediate computer skills & system savvy
