As a Support Worker within our shared living team, you will play an essential role in supporting and empowering people with disability to live a life of their choosing. Working in both a team environment and independently, you will provide a range of services assisting clients to live independently, be actively involved in their local community, and engaged in meaningful opportunities.
This is a permanent part time position located in the Northern Beaches. Shifts will include early morning (6am start), days, afternoons, weekends, and a wake over shift. Flexibility to work across these shifts is a must.
Supporting our clients to live as independently as possible by assisting with activities of daily living, this can include menu planning, cooking and cleaning.

Successful candidates will be required to hold a current NSW drivers license, be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 and to clear all state-based probity checks, including but not limited to a National Criminal History Record Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC and hold a current First Aid.
