Sunnyfield is seeking for experienced Support Workers who have the drive and determination to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with a disability.

Your role

• As a Community Support Worker you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients living in independent accommodation. This could include individuals with high levels of independence and skills, as well as individuals who require higher levels of support and who are complex in their support needs.
• You will be required to support 4-5 clients to live independently in their own home, creating a positive environment to live in. Also, supporting clients with personal care and domestic tasks such as menu planning, cooking and cleaning.
• Our operational support hours for group homes are 24/7, therefore shifts could start at 6am, 2pm or later during the day. You will also be required to work night shifts, either active nights or sleepovers depending on your preference. 

The must have's

• Minimum 12 months experience in the disability sector
• Willingness to work outside standard 9 to 5 business hours
• Ability to work independently & as part of a team
• Intermediate computer skills & system savvy
• NSW full driver's license
• First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
• Working With Children Check
