Suitsme is a start-up providing mental health support under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We are growing fast and looking for a flexible, motivated Engagement and Recovery Lead to join the team.

We are growing fast are aiming to have impact at scale leveraging technology to help people with mental health conditions

You are passionate about supporting clients on their recovery journey
You get technology, in particular mobile phone apps.
You thrive on human connection and are able to build rapport and communicate confidently with clients and other stakeholders.
You have at experience working in mental health services
You have an understanding a NDIS policy and pricing
You have a minimum qualification of Cert IV in a relevant field
You are flexible and have capacity to increase your usual hours when required
Able to adapt to the fast pace and changing priorities that exist in a startup
You are able to work from the office and from home
Build rapport and trust with key referrers, clients, their families and carers
Support the Suitsme community by efficiently and diligently responding with care to clients, their families, Support Coordinators and others
Undertake the Suitsme client onboarding process
Monitor user data and follow up with clients and support workers to ensure the highest level of service quality
Seek client feedback, understand their needs and ensure a positive client experience
Respond to general enquiries via email, telephone and txt
Respond to and resolve incidents and complaints or escalate to management
Provide guidance and advice on Suitsme documents / policy and resources to support workers
Get in at the ground floor and have the ability to influence Suitsme's future
