Suitsme is a start-up providing mental health support under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We are growing fast and looking for a flexible, motivated Administrator so support our operations team.

About You:

  • You get excited about apps and new technology
  • You are looking for flexibility and a role that can grow with you
  • You’re good with detail and have excellent people skills
  • Able to adapt to the fast pace and changing priorities that exist in a startup.
  • You are confident with technology, in particular mobile phone apps
  • You are a confident communicator and are able to build rapport with our clients over the phone.
  • You are able to work from the office and from home.

The gig:

  • Completing internal compliance reviews to identify clients who need additional support.
  • Supporting our team to create the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Ensuring all clients have a positive experience when interacting with our service
  • Managing incoming telephone calls and general enquiries, including email correspondence
  • Assisting with administration by: compiling and interpreting reports including payroll and billing reports.
  • Ensuring continuity of support for clients by making bookings on their behalf in the Suitsme app
  • Supporting management with recruitment through record keeping and completing reference checks
