On offer:

  • Full-time & Fixed-term (end date June 30th 2022)
  • Paying on SCHADs Level 4.3 upwards (dependent on qualification & experience)

Role overview:

  • Establishing a reputable Groups Program for Continuity of Supports (CoS) clients
  • Supporting clients to identify personal triggers for reduced mental wellbeing and capacity and to build skills in resilience that show outcomes of improved mental health and wellbeing
  • Assisting COS clients to access NDIS supports.
  • Undertake all aspects of the design, implementation, review and final evaluation of the innovative best practice model delivered. 

Requirements:

  • Ideally a completed Bachelor in Social Work, Psychology or other related discipline (will also consider a relevant Diploma or Cert IV with extensive experience)
  • Previous experience in providing support to individuals with complex mental health challenges
  • Sound understanding of the experience, challenges and effects of complex mental health related issues on an individual’s capacity to navigate and manage day to day life and longer-term change towards positive outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of effective group activities
  • Project Management experience
  • High level administrative skills
  • Blue & Yellow Cards (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Current Driver’s License
