About the Role

Our passionate, fun and results-driven Fundraising team are currently exceptionally well-positioned to expand their operations in WA with a Corporate Partnerships & Philanthropy Executive. Reporting to the State Partnerships Manager, you will have the opportunity to utilise your experience identifying, stewarding and optimising new and existing partnerships to develop and manage mutually beneficial relationships with corporate and community organisations.

No two days are the same for the Corporate Partnership & Philanthropy Executive! You will be drawing on your significant experience of in dealing with a variety of people in varying corporate and social circumstances to drive funding streams of significant value as well as having an integral role in large-scale fundraising events. The need to be flexible with out of hour commitments is imperative, so it is shared fairly amongst the team.

About You

If you possess the tenacity, and experience in sales, fundraising and are a natural at managing relationships, we would love to hear from you!

Applicants will need to highlight their ability and confidence in:

• Previous fundraising experience is paramount to the success of this role
• Strong customer service and/or fundraising experience
• Managing key stakeholders and partnerships associated with community and corporate fundraising activities
• Research, identification and pursuit of new business relationships
• High levels of verbal and written communication skills
• Strong influencing skills and confidence to 'make the ask'
• Super organised and great with systems such as CRM, Microsoft Office and Salesforce would be a bonus!
• Confidence in presenting to Corporate groups and individuals
• Confidence with negotiating contractual agreements
• Contribution to tracking of annual budgets and partner finance management (meeting your KPI's and targets!)
• Experience working on large-scale fundraising events preferable
• Working cross-functionally on projects and take a lead role to ensure delivery
• Effectiveness in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Being flexible and available for occasional weekend events or projects
