ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a passionate and talented new Manager to work with our interim Committee of Governance to reconnect with our community and to rebuild after the COVID lockdown.

The Manager is responsible for the realisation of the St Albans Community Youth Club’s mission, as well as overall operational management. The role requires proven leadership skills, strong business and financial management abilities and a passion for community development.

You are motivated by working collaboratively and have exceptional business management skills. Your ability to connect and relate to people, coupled with your experience in grant and funding submissions will put you in good stead.
