The Financial Planning and Analysis team own the financial analysis, planning, budgeting, forecasting processes plus the management of the funding and grants process to inform major decisions made by the Executive team and Board.
Working with the divisions and programs closely, the Senior Business Partner and Business Analyst will build strong relationships to create a real and active partnerships between operations, finance and management. Forward-thinking, with the ability to understand the strategy and performance of the divisions and programs. You will be performing a dual role, which provides a pragmatic financial overview of the organisational needs balanced with the financial needs of divisions and programs to meet both organisational and divisional KPIs, the role requires good experience in the following;
With an aptitude for detail, you will have a financial accounting background with highly developed Excel skills. You are collaborative and a team player, who enjoys the challenges of bringing the financial data to life, in a meaningful way for non-finance staff. A true communicator, with advanced written, verbal and listening skills working with diverse business areas, people and levels of financial knowledge.
Ideally from a Not For Profit background with a passion for understanding a complex business and making a difference to others. Being proactive in what would impact the programs/divisions and how they can move forward.
