ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The People & Culture Team (PaC) partner with the business through several functions, including Work Health & Safety, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Organisational Development, Employee Services and Business Partnering. People and Culture and will be based primarily in our Ashfield Head Office. You will be joining a diverse team of highly engaged and driven individuals who strive to make a difference and work collaboratively to deliver outcomes for our people, clients and stakeholders.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The People Portal and Content Lead will lead the development of the People and Culture (PaC) portal as a key foundation to the PaC Service Delivery Model. This role will bring our PaC policies, procedures, and information to life to create a great online self-serve user experience for SSI employees.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Partner with appropriate vendors to design and maintain the architecture and look and feel of the portal to promote a positive user experience in line with People and Culture Team and SSI's corporate style guidelines.
  • Partner with content owners and relevant SMEs to design new pages and content layout, whilst ensuring content is consistent with People and Culture Team and SSI Corporate branding.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage the necessary infrastructure for content publication including policies, processes, and procedures including the oversight of vendors for administration of content changes.
  • Develop templates, style sheets, and other tools to assist People and Culture Team in creating intranet content, standard templates for employment contracts and other related documents and checklists required for all life-cycle transactions.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a People and Culture Team
  • 3 years' work experience in designing portals and content management.
  • Experience with service management solutions
  • Strong project management/coordination skills in managing across geographies
  • Attention to detail with ability to create innovative solutions
