Support Services Officer - Part time (with possibility of increase)

Working Location: Position available to work within our Metro and Southern sites

Support Services Officers are critical to our service delivery and this position will be responsible for providing high quality day-to-day administrative services to support the effective functioning of Sonder and headspace.

Reporting to the Support Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing professional and high quality customer service and operational support, ensuring all incoming enquiries are attended to promptly, processing high demands of referrals, and providing information to young people, their families and other key community members.

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in undertaking a range of operational and administrative duties within a large organisation, and ideally amongst a multidisciplinary team and in a healthcare setting. You will be courteous and professional in your approach when interacting with a wide and diverse consumer group, and possess a solid understanding of the considerations required when working within the health sector.
