The Recruitment Officer is a newly created, busy role which will be integral to attracting and onboarding talented people into Sonder, ensuring a positive candidate experience along the way. In partnership with hiring managers, this person will undertake a full scope of internal end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting advertisements, shortlisting and interviewing, liaising with candidates, providing offers of employment and coordinating inductions.

A multi-faceted role, you’ll also have the opportunity to use your skills to support strategic attraction and recruitment projects to meet our organisational and workforce objectives. Working closely with the HR team, this role will also focus on proactive initiatives such as headhunting and passive recruitment, addressing hard-to-fill roles, coordinating career events and actively advocating for the organisation as an employer of choice.

Here at Sonder we’re passionate about our culture and values and embedding these in everything we do, so the right person for this role will share this sentiment. The incumbent will also bring with them previous experience in recruitment, selection and onboarding processes. Good interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse people is crucial to being successful in this role, as is a flexible, can-do nature.

Previous experience in a not-for-profit or healthcare setting would be advantageous, as would relevant qualifications.
