Quality & Risk Manager  - Full time (up to 37.5 hrs per week)

Working Location:   Position available to be based in our Sonder Edinburgh North Centre with the expectation to attend all sites as required.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and diligent individual to join our Executive Management team in the position of Quality & Risk Manager.

This role has the opportunity to be based at our Sonder Edinburgh North Centre with travel required to our metro and regional centre’s. Sonder’s centre locations can be found on our website, check it out at https://sonder.net.au/find-a-location/.

This role will allow the successful applicant to have variety across different areas of the organisation and will be a highly valued, key stakeholder in Sonder’s approach to risk management, quality system development, WH&S, privacy and environmental issues.

The Quality & Risk Manager is primarily responsible for adherence to the organisations quality management systems and compliance against a number of accreditation obligations. This will include; developing, monitoring and continuously improving the quality and risk management systems across the services at Sonder, in particularly our headspace youth Sonder mental health services.

You will be part of a team that are passionate about what they do and the difference that they make every day.
