PACE Aboriginal Program Facilitator - Part-time to Full time (up to 37.5 hours per week)

Working Location: Position available to work across Sonder Edinburgh North, Sonder Port Adelaide & Sonder Edwardstown centres

Thank you for your interest in applying for the position of PACE Aboriginal Project Officer.

The PACE Program Facilitator will be responsible for planning and delivering the Physical Activity and Community Engagement (PACE) program to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the Northern, Western and Southern regions of Metropolitan Adelaide.

The PACE program is a group based physical activity program that aims to promote social inclusion through physical activity and exercise.

The PACE Program Facilitator will be responsible for planning and delivering safe, effective and enjoyable physical activity sessions for participants with diverse health and fitness needs.

The PACE Program Facilitator will work closely with other PACE team members, including the Project Officer and Team Leader, to facilitate engagement, participation and program co-design with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.

Tertiary qualifications related to health and movement (e.g. Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Health Sciences), and/or Certificate level qualification in Fitness and/or substantial proven experience in this area is required.
