Sonder has a 26 year history of delivering primary care services. Mental Health Clinician - Part-time to Full-time (up to 37.5 hrs per week)

Working Location: Position available to work at our Sonder Onkaparinga Centre

Thank you for your interest in applying for the position of emerge Mental Health Clinician (Youth Mental Health) located at our Sonder Onkaparinga Centre.

The successful candidates will work as part of an Integrated Practice Unit (Youth) (IPUY) multidisciplinary youth mental health team to:

  1. Engage and support young people aged 16-25 with complex needs (including borderline personality disorder, complex trauma, eating disorders, severe anxiety, severe depression and psychosis)
  2. provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments
  3. deliver structured individual and group psychological therapies
  4. respond assertively to support those at increased risk of self-harm and suicide
  5. ensure young people are provided with coordinated care with access to appropriate service pathways

Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Mental Health Nurses and Social Workers with clinical mental health experience are encouraged to apply.

Current and full registration with the appropriate registration authority (AASW or AHPRA) or willingness to obtain registration is a must.
