Multicultural Career Coach - Contract Position - Part-time to Full-time (up to 37.5 hrs per week)

Working Location: Position available to work within our Sonder Edinburgh North and Sonder Port Adelaide Centre

We are seeking passionate and skilled professionals to join our dynamic team to implement the newly funded Employment Solutions program at Sonder. As an Multicultural Career Coach working in the IPS program the overall function is to assist migrants and refugees who volunteer for the program to find and retain competitive employment. You will maintain a case load of 25 clients allowing you to provide flexible and individualised support to each participant.

You will possess demonstrated skills and understanding in migrant and refugee engagement, care-coordination or significant expertise in employment services, vocational rehabilitation and career development.

You will have knowledge of the employment services sector and extensive knowledge of social impacts on unemployment.
